Reservations for or participating in the school’s
courses is in accordance with the following general
conditions.
The school will be closed from 24 to 31 December.
During this period no classes will be held, but
subscriptions and information requests can still be
made by email.
All courses start on a Monday, on which day students
should present themselves at 9.00 am.
The school is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Classes are not given on public holidays (see
website for a list of holidays for 2010) and the
price will not be refunded for these days. Only
individual classes will be recuperated.
The minimum age for participation in classes is 18
years. However, those under 18 years of age can
participate with the authorisation of both the
school management and parents.

Inscriptions for courses should be made four weeks
in advance. The school reserves the right to refuse
admission to inscriptions made after this period.
The school will confirm the reservation to students
and send all relevant information before their
arrival.
For all courses of Spanish, you must send proof of
your level of competence, and pay a deposit of 140
EUROS (€) to confirm the reservation. This payment
must be made by bank transfer (see details on
website). Transfer commissions are to the student’s
account.
Reservations will be lost if the deposit is not
received at least two weeks before the course start
date.
Complete payment of courses must be made during the
first three days of the course, in cash.
Prevailing tariffs for the relevant year of the
course are as published on the website.
Cancellations: If we receive notification of
cancellation at least three weeks before the start
date of the course and/or accommodation, deposits
will not be refunded, but you can use this amount as
part payment on a subsequent course (up to two years
ahead).
